I can still smell the depression on a few of these tracks. I was talking to a girl around this time and within a 2-3 week timespan, I wrote White Picket Fence because I started thinking about how awful it would be if I spent on this time making music and grew old and had nobody there when I was sick and elderly.

Then, when she decided to get a lil’ toxic and give me the runaround, I wrote Plans.
